以“清白”黄瓜为试材,采用营养液栽培方式,研究了聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫下,不同浓度蛋氨酸硒对黄瓜幼苗生理指标的影响。结果表明:10、20、40mg·L~(-1)的蛋氨酸硒能有效缓解干旱胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害,其中,20mg·L~(-1)显著降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧阴离子O_2~·产生速率和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量,增加了叶片渗透调节物质(游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖)含量,提高了叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、APX)活性、抗氧化物质(GSH、AsA)含量,说明适宜浓度蛋氨酸硒对干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的毒害具有保护作用,且20mg·L~(-1)的蛋氨酸硒缓解效果最明显。
The effects of different concentrations of methionine selenium on the physiological indices of cucumber seedlings were studied under the condition of PEG-6000 simulated drought stress using “clean” cucumber as test material. The results showed that 10, 20 and 40 mg · L -1 methionine selenium could effectively alleviate the damage of cucumber seedlings under drought stress. Among them, 20 mg · L -1 significantly reduced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) , The production rate of O 2 - · and the content of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) increased the contents of osmolytes (free proline and soluble sugar), increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, APX) (GSH, AsA), indicating that the appropriate concentration of selenium methionine has a protective effect on the toxicity of cucumber seedlings under drought stress, and the effect of 20 mg · L -1 methionine selenium is most obvious.
