目的:寻找3种黄连起源及三角叶黄连生长地点(区域)狭窄的原因。方法:对3种黄连进行细胞染色体形态、结构和数目研究。结果与结论:3种黄连染色体基数为x=9,均属于C-type染色体,但三角叶黄连的染色体明显比其他2种黄连略大;味连Coptis chinensis和峨眉黄连C.omeinensis染色体均为二倍体(2n=2x=18),三角叶黄连C.deltoidea染色体为同源三倍体(2n=3x=27)。可以解释三角叶黄连种子不育原因及其种群相对独立性和生长分布地点(区域)较狭窄;同时通过染色体等分析初步推断味连和峨眉黄连来源于共同祖先,三角叶黄连产生的途径为某一未知物种通过未减数配子与正常配子的融合产生的。
Objective: To find out the causes of three kinds of Coptis origin and the narrowing of Coptis chinensis growth location (region). Methods: The morphology, structure and number of three kinds of Coptis were studied. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The chromosome number of three Coptis chinensis chromosomes was x = 9, all of which belonged to C-type chromosomes, but the chromosomes of Coptis chinensis were obviously larger than that of the other two Coptis chinensis and C.omeinensis chromosomes Ploidy (2n = 2x = 18), C. deltoidea chromosome homolog triploid (2n = 3x = 27).
