分析了组成业务流程的活动之间的关系，提出了活动间信息交流的度量方法，将活动间的结构特征转化成代数矩阵的形式加以表示，据此提出了业务流程的结构模型，并用ISM法进一步分析了该模型所揭示的结构特征，从而为流程的重构提供新的依据．
The relationship between the activities that make up the business process is analyzed, and the measurement method for information exchange between activities is proposed. The structural characteristics of the activities are converted into an algebraic matrix to represent them. Based on this, the structural model of the business process is proposed and the ISM method is used. Further analysis of the structure features revealed by the model provides a new basis for the reconstruction of the process.
