本文通过叶蜡石粉尘体外细胞毒性与矿物学分析结果表明:叶蜡石粉尘具有较强的细胞毒性,但低于石英尘:叶蜡石矿尘细胞毒性显著高于雕刻尘(具统计学意义),粉尘中SiO_2、Al_2O_3含量是影响该尘毒性的主要因素;粉尘中微量元素(Zn、Fe、Cu、Ni等)的影响未显示出来,这可能与SiO_2含量较高有关(>15%)。
In this paper, pyrochlore dust cytotoxicity and mineralogical analysis showed that: pyrophyllite dust with strong cytotoxicity, but lower than the quartz dust: pyrophyllite dust cytotoxicity was significantly higher than the carved dust (with statistical significance ), And the contents of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 in the dust are the main factors affecting the toxicity of dust.
