通过改变焊条药皮中元素的添加量控制Al和Cu在X80钢焊缝中的含量,利用能谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析X80钢焊缝的成分和微观结构,采用力学性能和电化学测试方法研究了不同Al、Cu含量对X80钢焊接接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明,药皮中的Al和Cu均能较好的过渡到焊缝中,随着Al、Cu含量的增加,焊缝中针状铁素体先增多后减少,冲击性能和耐蚀性先上升后下降,断裂方式由混合型断裂逐渐转变为韧性断裂;适量的Al和Cu均能提高焊接接头的硬度和抗拉强度,当药皮中Al和Cu含量分别为4%和6%时,焊接接头的综合性能最优。
The content of Al and Cu in the weld of X80 steel was controlled by changing the amount of elements in the electrode coating. The composition and microstructure of X80 steel weld were analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.
