TiCN作为一种先进的耐磨涂层被普遍应用在生产的诸多领域.采用反应等离子喷涂方法成功制备出了TiCN厚涂层,并对涂层的相组成、组织结构及涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究.结果表明,涂层致密度高,氧化物杂质含量低;XPS显示,涂层中存在Ti与C和N的离子性结合;并且TiCN涂层具有优良的耐磨性能,其失效形式主要是由于黏着磨损造成的,伴随TiCN硬质颗粒的磨削与高温氧化失效,磨损失效区域中Fe,Cr,O元素含量较高,由表面逐渐向涂层内部侵蚀.
