内蒙古伊旗全民健身体育中心屋顶采用大跨度索穹顶结构,其施工精确模拟难度较大。针对工程施工方案,采用机械多刚体系统动力学分析方法,实现了对索穹顶结构整个施工过程的动态模拟。该施工模拟技术的特点是能获得在整个仿真时间段内所有构件的位置、速度、方位和内力值随着时间的连续变化曲线,即每一时刻整个结构体系的形状和预应力分布,可以检验是否有力学指标突变或机构锁死的问题。通过动态模拟结果和现场监测结果的对比分析,证明了该施工模拟技术的正确性。
