近几年我国的社会发展速度越来越快,经济水平迅速提高,与此同时我国的劳动者数量不断增加,这些劳动者大多是通过劳动派遣的方式就业的,而我国当下的劳务派遣劳动纠纷事件越来越多,很多企业为了规避劳动法规定的雇主责任而利用劳动派遣方式,为了保护劳务派遣中劳动者的合法权益,本文开展了较为深入的探讨与分析。
