目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者抗苗勒氏管激素(anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH)、睾酮(testosterone,T)和胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)相关性的临床研究.方法 电化学发光法和化学发光法测定78例PCOS患者和60名正常对照组血清AMH、T、胰岛素(insulin,Ins)和空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)水平,从而计算稳态型胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR),并进行对比性分析.结果 PCOS患者血清AMH和T水平显著高于正常对照组(P均<0.01);PCOS患者FBG、空腹Ins、HOMA-IR显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 PCOS的发生和发展与AMH增高、高雄激素、高胰岛素血症和IR密切相关.“,”Objective To explore the relationship between anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), testosterone (T), insulin resistance (IR) levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods The serum AMH, T, insulin (Ins) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels were determined in 78 patients with PCOS and 60 controls by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and chemiluminescence immunoassay and HOMA-IR were calculated and compared analysis was done. Results The serum AMH and T levels in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those of controls (P all<0.01). The FBG, fasting Ins and HOMA-IR levels in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those of controls (P<0.05, P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion There is close relationship between occurrence and development of PCOS and increased AMH level, hyperandrogenism and IR.
