结合实际工程,用Drucker-Prager弹塑性本构关系模拟地下厂房围岩和混凝土材料,全面考虑混凝土、围岩和锚杆三者变形对岩锚吊车梁受力状况的影响,通过对岩锚吊车梁在轮压作用下不同结构参数时的应力和变形仿真计算,分析了锚吊车梁结构参数对其工作性态和稳定性的影响,指出了在设计、施工中的注意事项,为今后岩锚吊车梁的设计理论和施工方法的研究提供参考。
According to the actual project, the surrounding rock mass and concrete material of underground powerhouse are modeled by the Drucker-Prager elastoplastic constitutive relation. The influence of the deformation of concrete, surrounding rock and bolt on the stress state of rock bolt crane girder is fully considered. The stress and deformation of the crane beam with different structural parameters are simulated and analyzed. The influence of the structural parameters of the anchored crane beam on the working behavior and stability is analyzed. Attentions in the design and construction are pointed out, The design theory and construction methods to provide reference.
