元胡干燥茎为常用理气止痛,活血散瘀的中药。元胡中的主要有效成分是生物碱,在各种制剂中,元胡往往采取渗漉提取有效成分。元胡生物碱在酸性条件下,能形成生物碱盐,有利于有效成分的溶出。为此,我们应用L_9(3)~4正交表做正交试验(见表1)对元胡渗漉条件进行了实验。 Yuan Hu drying stems are commonly used traditional Chinese medicines to relieve pain and relieve blood circulation. The main active ingredient in Yuanhu is alkaloids. In various preparations, Yuanhu often uses percolation to extract active ingredients. Yuanhu alkaloids can form alkaloid salts under acidic conditions, which is conducive to the dissolution of active ingredients. For this purpose, we used the orthogonal test of L_9(3)~4 to do the orthogonal test (see Table 1).
