针对马钢300 m2烧结机工序能耗一直偏高的问题,通过调整优化熔剂、燃料破碎粒度,改变石灰石破碎系统生产组织模式,调整烧结及冷却过程控制参数等,在确保烧结过程稳定、烧结矿产质量指标良好的同时,降低了电耗、固体燃耗,提高了余热发电量,使烧结工序能耗逐步下降,实现了节能降耗。
