目的:探讨肌苷氯化钠注射液中氯化钠含量的快速测定方法。方法:以吸附指示剂法测定肌苷氯化钠注射液中氯化钠含量,并将测定结果与铁铵矾指示剂法进行比较。结果:采用吸附指示剂法对3批肌苷氯化钠注射液样品中氯化钠含量进行了测定,回收率高(99.93%,),RSD=0.06%,精密度好(RSD=0.05%)。其结果分别为99.4%,99.9%,99.5%.均符合规定。结论:采用吸附指示剂法测定肌苷氯化钠注射液中氯化钠的含量,具有准确、重现性好、简便、快速等优点。特别适用于该品的半成品中氯化钠含量的快速测定。
Objective: To explore a rapid method for the determination of sodium chloride in inosine sodium chloride injection. Methods: The content of sodium chloride in inosine sodium chloride injection was determined by adsorption indicator method, and the determination results were compared with that of ammonium ferricyanide indicator. Results: The content of sodium chloride in three inosine sodium chloride injection samples was determined by adsorption indicator method. The recovery rate was high (99.93%), RSD was 0.06%, and the precision was good (RSD = 0.05%). . The results were 99.4%, 99.9%, 99.5%, respectively. Conclusion: Adsorption indicator method for inosine sodium chloride injection sodium chloride content, with accurate, reproducible, simple, fast and so on. Particularly applicable to the rapid determination of sodium chloride content in the semi-finished products of the product.
