异议登记是《物权法》中新规定的一种登记类型。现实生活中,因房屋权利人主观故意或其他原因造成房屋登记簿记载事项与实际状况不符的情况在所难免。因此可能会给该房屋的利害关系人的合法权益带来损失。此时,利害关系人可以用异议登记这个法律手段,到房屋登记机构申请异议登记。从而使该房屋暂时处于“休眠”状态,留出足够的履行司法程序时间,等待司法机关的裁定或者人民法院的判决。
Objection registration is a new type of registration under the Property Law. In real life, it is unavoidable that the items recorded in the register of houses due to the subjective intent of the house owner or other reasons are not in conformity with the actual conditions. Therefore, it may cause losses to the legitimate rights and interests of the stakeholders in the house. At this point, interested parties can use the objection to register this legal means to apply for registration of housing registration objection. So that the housing is temporarily “dormant ” state, leaving enough time to fulfill the judicial process, waiting for the judiciary’s ruling or the people’s court judgments.
