自我治疗法之廿六:对讲话态度的自我反省法主要用意:就是要你亲眼体会到讲话对别人的影响。怎么做:1.注意一下你讲出去的话对四周人的影响。今天就找个朋友练一练。先练习用很肯定、积极的语句去讲每句话。2.再用完全消极否定的态度来讲。
