本文以项目课程理论为依据,对高职个人理财课程的项目化改革问题进行了理论分析。作者认为,应以高职投资与理财专业的就业岗位的工作任务和职业能力分析为抓手,根据专业职业岗位职业能力的特点以及阻碍专业岗位能力形成的因素,对课程进行项目化改革。具体的措施包括:建立校企合作的双向开发机制;增强课程内容与理财职业岗位任务、能力要求的相关性;提高项目训练的价值;注重理财职业道德的培养和职业素养的养成。
Based on the theory of project curriculum, this article makes a theoretical analysis on the project-based reform of personal finance in higher vocational education. According to the author’s opinion, it is necessary to take the analysis of the task and professional ability of the jobs of investment and wealth management in higher vocational colleges as the starting point, and carry out the project-based reform of the curriculum according to the characteristics of occupational ability of professional occupations and the factors that impede the formation of professional post ability. Specific measures include: establishing a two-way development mechanism for the cooperation between schools and enterprises; enhancing the correlation between the content of the course and the tasks and competencies of wealth management jobs; increasing the value of project training; and emphasizing the cultivation of professional ethics and professional accomplishment.
