初中历史教材是从客观的角度描述和反映了过去的事实,由于其离现实生活较远,且无法通过实践感知,导致了传统的历史教学,甚至于现如今的历史教学,都是教师看字说书,学生死记硬背,教师教得枯燥单调,学生学得无趣乏味,教学活动高耗低效。所以,提高初中历史教学效率迫在眉睫。虽正视学生的主体地位非常重要,但是教师自身的成长和发展也是不可忽视的。
