屏东平原为台湾地区屏东县的精华 ,也是台湾南部地区最重要的地下水库。其范围北起阿里山脉末端 ,东至中央山脉潮州断层 ,南以台湾海峡为界 ,西达领口丘陵 ,南北长约 50 km ,东西宽约2 0 km,面积计 1130 km2。该区域内主要河川计有高屏溪、东港溪及林边溪等三条河川 ,联合其他次要河川 ,纵横交流 ,形成一连串的冲积扇群 ,成为地下水补给良好之地下含水层。近年来 ,由于该地区各项开发迅速 ,用水遽增 ,特别是大量使用地下水之农业和养殖业。为因应目前及未来之用水需求 ,除了目前正兴建的南化水库加高工程外 ,水资源局依照台湾南部地区水资源综合发展计划 ,拟开发美浓和玛家水库 ,以及于高平溪设立 5座拦河堰。此种种水利建构措施 ,均朝屏东地区之地下水合理经营及永续发展为首要考量。此外 ,地下水观测网于屏东地区业已建构完毕 ,其中包含 51站水文地质调查站 ,12 7口地下水监测井 ,2 3口抽水试验井 ,9口地层下陷监测井。随着屏东地区地下水观测网建立完成后 ,日后针对地下水利用及营运管理 ,将着重于资料的整合与分析 ,期能建立最佳的地下水营运管理模式。
The Pingtung Plain is the essence of Pingtung County in Taiwan and the most important underground reservoir in Taiwan’s southern region. The range starts from the end of the Alishan Mountains to the north, runs to the Chaozhou fault of the Central Mountain Range in the north, runs through the Taiwan Strait to the south, runs 50 kilometers from the north to the south and stretches about 20 km wide from the north to the east and covers an area of 1130 km2. The main rivers in the area include the three high-river basins, namely Gaoping River, Donggang River and Linbian River. Together with other minor rivers, the river flows vertically and horizontally to form a series of alluvial fan swarms and become an underground aquifer with well recharged groundwater. In recent years, due to the rapid development in the region, water consumption has increased, especially in agriculture and aquaculture, which uses groundwater in large quantities. In response to the current and future demand for water, the Bureau of Water Resources Bureau intends to develop the Mino and Majia reservoirs in accordance with the comprehensive development plan for water resources in southern Taiwan, in addition to the project to upgrade the Nanhua Reservoir currently under construction. 5 Block Barrage. This kind of water conservancy construction measures all focus on the rational management of groundwater and sustainable development in the region of Pingtung. In addition, the groundwater observation network has been constructed in the Pingtung area, including 51 stations of hydrogeological survey stations, 127 groundwater monitoring wells, 23 pumping test wells and 9 stratigraphic subsidence monitoring wells. With the completion of the groundwater observation network in Pingtung area, the groundwater utilization and operation management will be focused on the integration and analysis of data in the future, and the best groundwater operation and management mode will be established.
