随着我国行政管理体制改革的不断深入,我们急需为它的发展找到一些可以依靠的原则、理论,以此来指导我国行政工作更加深入地开展。“泰罗制”作为一个深深影响行政学科发展的理论具有着无可比拟的优势,从它的理论精髓里我们可以找到合适的原理,去指导行政工作效率的提高,协调合作的方法,工作标准化、制度化的制定等。但是“泰罗制”忽视了人的因素,我们要克服这一缺陷,注重人在管理中的重要性,以此来改善我国行政管理整体所呈现出的效率低下的现状。
