目的研究腰痛贴膏的抗炎作用。方法通过测定腰椎间盘突出症模型大鼠神经根周围局部组织前列腺素E2和组织胺的含量,以及采用大鼠琼脂肉芽肿法和小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法来研究其抗炎作用。结果 1)与大鼠腰椎间盘突出症模型对照组相比,腰痛贴膏中、高剂量组前列腺素E2含量明显降低;腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量组组胺含量明显降低,差异均有显著意义。2)与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量组肉芽肿重量明显减小,差异有显著意义。3)与空白对照组相比,腰痛贴膏低、中、高剂量组耳肿胀度明显减小,差异有显著意义。结论腰痛贴膏具有明显的降低神经根局部炎症介质含量的作用,对实验动物的急、慢性炎症均有抑制作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of low back pain patch. Methods The anti-inflammatory effects of prostaglandin E2 and histamine in the local tissue around the nerve root of rats with lumbar disc herniation and the auricle swollen method in mice were studied. Results 1) Compared with the lumbar disc herniation model control group, the content of prostaglandin E2 in low and middle dose lumbar pain patch group was significantly lower; the histamine content of low, middle and high dose lumbar pain patch group was significantly lower, the differences were Significant. 2) Compared with the blank control group, the weights of low-, medium- and high-dose granulomas in lumbago were significantly reduced, the difference was significant. 3) Compared with the blank control group, the low, medium and high doses of lumbar pain patch significantly reduced the ear swelling, the difference was significant. Conclusion Low back pain patch has the obvious effect of reducing local inflammatory mediators in nerve root, and inhibits the acute and chronic inflammation of experimental animals.
