目的:研究脊椎和脊髓的节段性血供,特别是进入椎间孔动脉的来源和分布。方法:暴露椎管,观察进入椎间孔的内容,重点观察骨膜动脉和髓动脉的来源、分布和管径。结果:出入椎间孔的有脊神经及其交通支、椎间孔静脉、骨膜动脉、前根髓动脉及大髓动脉。颈椎的动脉来自椎动脉、颈升动脉和颈深动脉。胸腰椎的动脉来自肋间后动脉和腰动脉。骶椎的动脉来自骶外侧动脉。前根髓动脉2~5 支,直径(0.60±0.21)m m ,分布于颈髓和上胸髓。大髓动脉1 支,直径(1.20±0.33)m m ,分布于下胸髓和腰骶髓。结论:为临床用骨膜动脉代替损伤的髓动脉治疗外伤性或血管阻塞性截瘫,提供了解剖学基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the segmental blood supply to the spine and spinal cord, particularly the origin and distribution of the foramen into the foramen. Methods: The spinal canal was exposed and the contents of the intervertebral foramen were observed. The origin, distribution and diameter of periosteum and medullary artery were observed. Results: There were spinal nerves and their branches, intervertebral foramen, periosteal artery, medullary anterior and medullary arteries in the intervertebral foramen. Cervical arteries from the vertebral artery, ascending neck artery and neck artery. Thoracolumbar arteries from the intercostal artery and lumbar artery. Sacral vertebral artery from the lateral sacral artery. Before the root of the medulla artery 2 to 5, diameter (0.60 ± 0.21) m m, distributed in the cervical cord and upper thoracic. 1 large artery, diameter (1.20 ± 0.33) m m, located in the lower thoracic and lumbosacral. CONCLUSIONS: Anatomical bases are provided for the clinical use of periosteal arteries to replace damaged injured medullary arteries in the treatment of traumatic or obstructive paraplegia.
