目的研究苜蓿异黄酮提取物对小鼠生长性能和免疫功能的影响。方法选用80只小鼠,随机分成四组,分别给予0(对照)、40(低)、120(中)和400mg/kgbw·d(高)的苜蓿异黄酮处理,苜蓿异黄酮给药方式为每日一次定时灌胃。结果低剂量苜蓿异黄酮处理可提高雄性小鼠平均日增重和胃重百分率。中剂量苜蓿异黄酮可提高脾脏系数、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率,和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数。高剂量苜蓿异黄酮可提高胸腺系数,和血清溶血素值。各剂量苜蓿异黄酮处理可提高小鼠迟发性变态反应右耳增厚值。结论苜蓿异黄酮对小鼠生长性能的影响与性别和剂量有关,40mg/kgbw·d处理可显著地提高雄性小鼠的生长性能;苜蓿异黄酮对小鼠的特异性和非特异性免疫功能都有一定的提高和改善,其应用的适宜剂量为120mg/kgbw·d。
