在眼科手术中,虹膜周边切除是许多手术的一个环节,以往边切手术是用镊子配合剪刀来完成,切口大小及形状难于控制,剪切过程中易发生切口过大、过小及形状不规则,使手术不甚理想。目前尚无此类器械解决边切中出现的上述问题,因此作者特设计虹膜咬切器。(一)器械设计:虹膜咬切器由内刀、外刀、弹性钢片、防滑钉、铰链钉、固定螺钉、限移螺钉、铆钉、限位销、推块、咬切限制柄组成。
