教学行动研究是教师对课堂教学和对学生学习过程的研究,它致力于“行动”与“研究”二者的有机结合。在“综合英语”课堂中进行行动研究的具体操作方法为“发现问题→提出假设→调查研究→重新确认问题→制订行动计划→实施计划→根据实际情况调整计划→分析、反思与评价效果→制订新一轮行动计划”。实践证明,这一方法具有良好的反思性特征,它能帮助教师不断超越过去,产生职业发展的潜力,从而实现专业能力的提升。
Teaching action research is a teacher’s study of classroom teaching and learning process of students. It is committed to the organic combination of “action” and “research”.
