当上个世纪九十年代中期企业文化在理论界争论得沸沸扬扬的时候,一举洗尽耻辱、摘掉连续八年亏损帽子的芜湖港,却以自身不懈的努力,默默耕耘,造就了芜湖港特色的企业文化。以经营理念构建具有芜湖港特色的企业文化2001年芜湖港正式确立了企业文化发展战略,港口党政联席会多次专门研究,明确提出了企业发展的战略目标、经营哲学、企业精神、价值观等企业文化建设的基本要素,确定了企业文化建设模式和建构方案,并详细制定了企业文化建设的目标、方法、措施,从而把企业文化建设纳入了有序发展轨道。
