多年来,中长跑教学从小学到大学占有一定的地位,但实施起来却是教师有三难,学生有三怕,而定向越野作为田径项目的拓展,越来越受到学生的喜爱。本文以在高校开展定向越野教学并与传统的中长跑教学对比,从定量和定性两个方面来说明定向越野运动优于中长跑运动,为定向越野在高校的普及开展提供一定的理论依据。
Over the years, middle and long distance running teaching occupies a certain position from elementary school to university. However, teachers have three difficulties when it comes to implementation. However, as the development of track and field programs, directional orienteering is more and more popular with students. In this paper, compared with the traditional teaching of middle and long distance running, this paper shows that directional orienteering is better than middle and long distance running in both quantitative and qualitative aspects, and provides theoretical basis for the popularization of oriented orienteering in colleges and universities.
