针对煤矿异步电动机控制精度低、稳定性差等缺点,提出了一种基于直接转矩算法的控制技术。为了验证该方案的可行性与有效性,在分析煤矿异步电动机数学模型和直接转矩控制算法的基础上,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立煤矿异步电动机逆变器直接转矩控制系统仿真模型,对定子磁链及不同负载、不同转速工况下速度特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用直接转矩控制技术磁链脉动小,在转速突变时响应特性好、运行平稳。
Aiming at the shortcomings of low accuracy and poor stability of asynchronous motor in coal mine, a control technique based on direct torque algorithm is proposed. In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this scheme, based on the analysis of mathematical model and direct torque control algorithm of asynchronous motor in coal mine, a simulation model of direct torque control system of asynchronous motor for coal mine induction motor was established by using MATLAB / Simulink. Chain and different loads, speed conditions under different speed simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the direct torque control technique has small flux ripple, good response characteristics and stable operation when the rotation speed suddenly changes.
