大岗山拱坝坝址区地质条件复杂,Ⅴ1类辉绿岩脉发育,可灌性差;940 m高程以下隐微裂隙发育,普通水泥灌浆效果差;同时,河床出露承压热水,对混凝土有溶出型腐蚀性,影响帷幕的耐久性。根据大岗山工程地质特点,通过开展了溶出型腐蚀承压热水对水泥结石体室内试验研究,以及Ⅴ1类岩脉和隐微裂隙岩体的可灌性研究,确定了辉绿岩脉、隐微裂隙岩体、溶出型腐蚀性承压热水的帷幕灌浆处理方案。采用三维渗流场复核成果表明,采取措施后坝基渗流场得到很好地控制。蓄水后监测成果表明,大岗山拱坝坝基渗控措施是合理有效的。大岗山坝基帷幕灌浆方案的成功实施,对我国西南地区复杂地质条件下帷幕灌浆设计具有重要的借鉴意义。
Geological conditions of Dagangshan arch dam site are complex. Vl type diabase dikes are poorly developed and can be irrigated. Implicit microcracks develop below 940 m elevation, with poor effect of common cement grouting. At the same time, confined hot water is exposed in the riverbed. Concrete dissolution of corrosive, affecting the durability of the curtain. According to the geological characteristics of Dagangshan engineering, through the laboratory study on the cement stone with dissolution hot water under confined pressure and the research on the fissureability of Ⅴ1 dikes and implicit micro-fractured rock mass, Hidden micro-fractured rock mass, dissolution corrosive confined hot water curtain grouting treatment program. The results of the three-dimensional seepage field review show that the dam foundation seepage field is well controlled after the measures are taken. Monitoring results after impoundment show that Dagangshan dam foundation seepage control measures are reasonable and effective. The successful implementation of Dagangshan dam foundation curtain grouting scheme is of great reference significance to the curtain grouting design under complex geological conditions in southwest China.
