目的 :了解MK - 80 1对大鼠感染性脑水肿是否具有保护作用及可能的作用机制。方法 :ELISA法与Griess法分别测大鼠感染性脑水肿模型脑组织匀浆中IL - 1β、TNFα和NO含量。结果 :MK - 80 1预处理后能显著降低PB组大鼠的脑含水量、钠离子含量、IL - 1β、TNFα及NO含量 ,增加钾离子含量。结论 :MK - 80 1对大鼠感染性脑水肿有保护作用。其作用机制可能是通过阻断NMDA受体后 ,减少IL - 1β、TNFα及NO的生成量
AIM: To investigate whether MK - 80 1 has a protective effect on rat cerebral edema induced by infection and its possible mechanism. Methods: The content of IL - 1β, TNFα and NO in brain homogenate of rat model of infectious brain edema were measured by ELISA and Griess method respectively. Results: Pretreatment with MK - 80 1 significantly decreased brain water content, sodium content, IL - 1β, TNFα and NO in PB group and increased potassium content. Conclusion: MK - 80 1 has a protective effect on infectious brain edema in rats. Its mechanism may be through blocking the NMDA receptor, reduce the production of IL - 1β, TNFα and NO
