采用熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/纳米蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料。研究了不同用量的OMMT对复合材料性能的影响。对熔融插层效果和PET/OMMT复合材料的热性能和流变性能进行了表征,并研究了复合材料的挤出发泡行为。结果表明:熔融共混后,OMMT的层间距得到有效提高,形成了“插层结构”;OMMT的加入可以有效提高PET的结晶速率,但对其熔融行为的影响并不显著;OMMT的加入能够可以提高PET的熔体弹性,同时在挤出发泡过程中具有气泡成核剂的作用,从而可以增强对PET挤出发泡的有效控制。
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) / nano-montmorillonite (OMMT) composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of different dosages of OMMT on the properties of composites were studied. The thermal properties and rheological properties of the melt intercalation and PET / OMMT composites were characterized, and the extrusion foaming behavior of the composites was also studied. The results show that the interlayer spacing of OMMT is effectively increased and the “intercalation structure” is formed after melt blending. The addition of OMMT can effectively improve the crystallization rate of PET, but has no significant effect on the melt behavior. The OMMT Addition can improve the melt elasticity of PET while having a bubble nucleating agent during extrusion foaming to enhance the effective control of PET extrusion foaming.
