Recently, the author learned from the investigation of private enterprises that at present, a large number of private-sector unions are still in a nameless status and can not carry out their work basically and can not afford to play the role of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees. The main reason is that the preparation and establishment of trade unions and the management of trade union cadres are the sole propositions of the operators. The majority of trade union presidents are the relatives of business owners, so that the trade union organizations are at the beginning of their establishment.
