为探讨阶段式考核法在《高级助产学》实践技能考核中的应用效果,在实践技能考核中,将2012级高职助产专业120名学生分为两组,对照组采用传统考核法,观察组采用阶段式考核法,考核结束后对两组学生进行问卷调查,了解学生对两种考核方法的总体评价,结果显示:观察组学生考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组学生对考核方法的改革给予肯定,由此可见阶段式考核法有助于提高学生的实践考核成绩、学习的积极性、自觉性和自主性、实践操作技能及就业自信心等,考核效果优于传统考核法。
In order to explore the application effect of the stage assessment method in practical midwifery practice skills assessment, 120 students of 2012 midwife midwifery specialty were divided into two groups in the practice skill assessment. The control group adopted the traditional assessment method, The observation group adopted the stage assessment method. After the assessment, the two groups of students were surveyed to find out the overall evaluation of the two assessment methods. The results showed that the assessment results of the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P <0.01). Students in the observation group affirmed the reform of assessment methods. Thus, the staged assessment method can help to improve students’ performance in practice examination, learning enthusiasm, consciousness and autonomy, practical skills and employment self-confidence , The examination result is better than the traditional examination method.
