通过 对辽河 减粘渣油 在高温 下形成的 积垢物进 行分析 和测试,查 明了渣 油高温换 热器结 垢的原因 .建立 了渣油高 温换热实 验室模 拟装置, 研究了渣 油化学组 成、加工 温度 及在 设备 内停 留时 间等 因素 对形 成积垢的 影响.研制 的多功 能渣油防 垢剂经 实验室模 拟装置性 能评价 ,防垢效果 良好.
Through the analysis and testing of the foulants formed by Liaohe viscous residue at high temperature, the cause of scale fouling in the residue heat exchanger was identified. A simulation experiment was carried out on the laboratory heat exchanger for residual oil. The effects of chemical composition, processing temperature and residence time in the equipment on fouling formation were studied. Developed multi-functional residue scale inhibitor by laboratory simulation device performance evaluation, anti-scaling effect is good.
