The concept of educational evaluation in China’s higher education reform has been gradually established since the late 1970s and early 1980s, beginning with the evaluation of higher education institutions and disciplines and the evaluation of teachers’ performance. For more than 30 years, the evaluation of higher education has established relatively perfect mechanisms and systems and gradually established the goals and values of higher education after the reform and opening up. Evaluation of scientific research performance of university teachers is an important part of personnel management in colleges and universities, but also an important platform for university teachers to display their research results.
