目的:观察三七绞股蓝药对及其总皂苷配伍对兔动脉粥样硬化模型血脂及主动脉的影响。方法:取40只雄性新西兰兔,随机分为5组:正常对照组、三七绞股蓝饮片组、三七绞股蓝皂苷组、阳性药物组、模型对照组。除正常组给予普通兔饲料,其余各组给予高胆固醇饲料并注射牛血清白蛋白,在造模的同时预防给药。12周后测定血脂,用计算机图象分析系统观察动脉损伤后血管重构相关指标的变化。结果:三七绞股蓝饮片可降低平滑肌细胞核密度百分数(VSMC)水平,减小中膜面积(P<0.01);三七绞股蓝皂苷组可减小中膜面积(P<0.05);三七绞股蓝饮片组、三七绞股蓝皂苷组均能增大管腔面积(P<0.01),减小内膜面积(P<0.01),减少内膜厚度(P<0.01)。结论:三七绞股蓝药对及其总皂苷配伍具有抗血管重构的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Panax gypenosides and its total saponins on blood lipid and aorta of atherosclerosis model in rabbits. Methods: Forty male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, Sanqi Gynostemma chongqing group, Sanqi gypenoside group, positive drug group and model control group. In addition to the normal group fed normal rabbit feed, the remaining groups were given high cholesterol feed and injected with bovine serum albumin, while preventing the mode of administration. Blood lipids were measured after 12 weeks, and the changes of vascular remodeling related indexes after arterial injury were observed by computer image analysis system. Results: Sanqi Gynostemma decoction could reduce the percentage of smooth muscle cell nucleus density (VSMC) and decrease the area of the medial membrane (P <0.01), and the panax notoginseng saponin reduced the area of the media (P <0.05) (P <0.01), decreasing intima area (P <0.01) and decreasing intima thickness (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of Panax Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its total saponin has anti-vascular remodeling effect.
