目的 观察神经反应遥测技术 (neuralresponsetelemetry,NRT)参数改变对其波形的影响。方法 本文对 2 0名Nucleus2 4型多导人工耳蜗植入患者进行NRT测试 ,选取反应波形较好的电极作为测试电极。每次只改变某一个测试参数 ,观察波形的变化 ,从而总结出各测试参数对波形产生的影响。结果 对波形影响较大的参数有电流强度 (currentlevel,CL)、刺激脉宽 (stimulatepulsewidth)、延迟时间 (delay)、增益 (gain)、掩蔽刺激间期 (maskerad vance)等。结论 对波形采集时间影响显著的是刺激速率和叠加次数。
Objective To observe the effect of neural response telemetry (NRT) parameters on the waveform. Methods In this paper, 20 patients with Nucleus2 4-type cochlear implants were subjected to NRT test. The electrode with better response waveform was selected as the test electrode. Only change a certain test parameter at a time, observe the change of the waveform, thus sums up the influence of each test parameter to the waveform. Results The most significant parameters of the waveform were current level (CL), stimulation pulse width, delay, gain, maskerad vance and so on. Conclusion The significant impact on waveform acquisition time is the stimulation rate and the number of superpositions.
