长期暴露在海洋等严酷服役环境下的钢筋混凝土结构大都会发生由碳化和氯盐侵蚀等因素引起的钢筋锈蚀现象。混凝土内钢筋锈蚀问题是混凝土结构和材料耐久性需要解决的重要难题,钢筋锈蚀进程的电化学检测也一直是混凝土材料耐久性研究的重要内容之一,其测试结果是评价钢筋混凝土结构服役耐久性和使用寿命的重要依据。文中主要分析了混凝土内钢筋锈蚀的电化学机理,针对不同的电化学测试技术进行了适当总结,并提出了电化学检测过程中一些亟待解决的问题。

Electrochemical testing of steel corrosion process has also been an important part of the durability research of concrete materials. The test result is to evaluate the service durability of reinforced concrete structures And an important basis for the service life. In this paper, the electrochemical mechanism of steel corrosion in concrete is mainly analyzed, different electrochemical testing techniques are properly summarized, and some problems to be solved in electrochemical testing are put forward.
