225例阴虱病分析结果,男女之比为3.2∶1;21～40岁者191例(86％),工人和个体商分别为48％,14％;已婚者占64％,有婚外性交史者占45％;合并症有淋病,尖锐湿疣、念珠菌病、滴虫病。阴虱寄生于阴毛、肛周毛、腹毛,可吸血,引起瘙痒,继发脓疱疮、毛囊炎等。治疗以剃毛,1∶2000高锰酸钾洗患处。涂以25％苯甲酸苄酯乳剂,使用3～5d即可。
