2003年9月21日,《安家》杂志召开的“别墅(独立住宅)发展潮流研讨”会上传出消息:目前北京别墅市场出现一种“小独栋”形式的别墅产品。一种“个别现象”很快成为一种潮流。从此,别墅市场就不再沉静,小独栋的出现受到了中青年成功人士的热烈欢迎,它以前所未有的速度被人们接受和传播着,越来越多的小独栋产品活跃在北京别墅市场……一年过去了,如今,以亲爱的 VILLA 和风景翠园为代表的第一代小独栋产品,已不再是当年许多人争议的概念和焦点,它们已经以现房和实景出现在大众面前。小独栋已不是人们眼中的“过渡”和“小气”产品,它向世人展示自己高品质的同时,证明了有市场需求的“概念”不是过眼云烟,而会长久流传……
