Studies have been conducted on the pathological changes caused by copper deficiency in nature or experimental copper deficiency in several animals. Although a large number of experimental animals have been widely used to evaluate the physiological significance of copper, only experimental mice have been reported to have inherited defects due to copper metabolism, neurological changes, suppression of immune responses, and copper supplementation to prevent anemia happened. Mice can provide an effective animal model for the study of pediatric deficiencies in copper deficiency. This article describes the pathology of experimental copper deficiency in mice. Materials and Methods The experimental diet consisted of a degreasing of 18% protein
