大数据时代的到来,必将对医院人事档案管理产生深远的影响。笔者首先探讨在大数据时代背景下医院人事档案管理存在的问题,然后阐述大数据技术应用对提升医院人事档案管理的现实意义;最后提出了医院人事档案管理运用大数据技术时需要注意的问题及对应的策略,旨在促使医院人事档案管理改革创新、与时俱进,以期为医院人事档案管理工作未来发展及改革提供方向。
The advent of the era of big data, will have a profound impact on the hospital personnel records management. The author firstly discusses the existing problems of hospital personnel archives management in the era of big data, and then expounds the practical significance of using big data technology to improve hospital personnel archives management. Lastly, it points out the problems that should be noticed in the application of big data technology in hospital personnel archives management. The corresponding strategies are to promote the reform and innovation of hospital personnel records management and keep pace with the times in order to provide direction for the future development and reform of hospital personnel records management.
