目的:建立了西沙必利片的荧光分光光度测定方法。方法:以0.01mol·L~(-1)HCl为溶剂,荧光分光光度法测定波长为λex 310nm和λem 360nm。结果:西沙必利浓度在0.10~4.0μg·ml~(-1)范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=2.3%(n=15)。结论:荧光分光光度法简便、迅速、灵敏、准确可作为西沙必利片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a fluorescence spectrophotometric method for cisapride tablets. Methods: The wavelength of λex 310nm and λem 360nm were determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry with 0.01 mol·L -1 HCl as solvent. Results: The concentration of cisapride showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity (r = 0.9994) in the range of 0.10-4.0 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 100.0% and RSD = 2. 3% (n = 15). Conclusion: Fluorescence spectrophotometry is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate as the quality control of cisapride tablets.
