以猕猴桃溃疡病菌为试菌,采用液体共培养法和含菌抑菌圈法,研究了链霉菌SYL12对猕猴桃溃疡病菌的生长抑制作用,并测定链霉菌发酵液对猕猴桃溃疡病的盆栽防效。结果表明:链霉菌SY-L12在培养24h后其发酵液原液对病原菌的生长抑制率达94.0%,在28℃、150r·min~(-1)培养8~9d条件下最利于活性物质的生产,发酵产物对猕猴桃溃疡病的盆栽防效为85.4%,优于氢氧化铜对照药剂。表明链霉菌SY-L12能够有效抑制猕猴桃溃疡病菌生长,作为生物农药具有开发应用前景。
Using kiwifruit canker as the test strain, the liquid co-culture method and the bacteriostasis inhibition method were used to study the inhibitory effect of Streptomyces SYL12 on the growth of Actinidia ulmoides and the control effect of Streptomyces fermentation broth on the kiwifruit canker disease. The results showed that the growth inhibition rate of SY-L12 of Streptomyces sp. SY-L12 on the pathogen was 94.0% after culturing for 24 h, which was the most conducive to the production of active substances at 28 ℃ and 150r · min -1 for 8-9 days , The fermentation product of kiwifruit canker pot control effect was 85.4%, better than copper hydroxide control agent. The results showed that Streptomyces SY-L12 could effectively inhibit the growth of Actinidia ulmoides and could be developed and applied as a bio-pesticide.
