【目的】探讨青少年行为问题及其与多重侵害的关系,以便采取有效措施给予指导。【方法】分层整群抽取山东省两地区12所普通中学初一、初二、高一、高二年级学生3 155人,采用青少年侵害问卷自评版(Juvenile Victimi-zation Questionnaire,JVQ)、长处和困难问卷自评版(Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire,SDQ)、网络成瘾问卷和一般信息问卷进行调查。【结果】青少年吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾的阳性率分别为1.84%、3.42%和2.88%,SDQ中品行问题、多动/注意障碍、同伴交往问题和困难总分四因子评分分别为2.14±2.46、3.60±2.12、2.92±1.54、10.86±5.36,男生在吸烟、饮酒、网络成瘾、品行问题和同伴交往得分上显著高于女生(P<0.01)。青少年多重侵害问卷筛查阳性(JVQ总分≥5)533名,占总人数的16.89%,多重侵害组青少年吸烟率、饮酒率以及网络成瘾、品行问题、多动/注意障碍、同伴交往和困难总分显著高于非多重侵害组青少年(P<0.01)。SDQ各因子得分均与JVQ得分呈显著正相关(r=0.09~0.31,P<0.01)。【结论】青少年行为问题和多重侵害的发生情况不容乐观,行为问题与多重侵害状况之间存在统计学关联,对遭受多重侵害的儿童,应警惕其出现行为问题。
【Objective】 To explore the problem of adolescent behavior and its relationship with multiple violations in order to take effective measures to give guidance. 【Method】 A total of 3 155 primary, secondary, senior and sophomore students from 12 general secondary schools in two districts of Shandong Province were stratified and clustered. The Juvenile Victimi-zation Questionnaire (JVQ) And the Questionnaire of Strengths and Difficulties (SDQ), Internet Addiction Questionnaire and General Information Questionnaire. 【Results】 The prevalence rates of smoking, drinking and internet addiction among adolescents were 1.84%, 3.42% and 2.88% respectively. The scores of conduct problems, hyperactivity / attention disorder, peer interaction and difficulty scores in SDQ were 2.14 ± 2.46, 3.60 ± 2.12, 2.92 ± 1.54, 10.86 ± 5.36, boys were significantly higher than girls in smoking, drinking, Internet addiction, conduct problems and peer interaction scores (P <0.01). Adolescents with multiple invasiveness questionnaire screening positive (JVQ total score ≥5) 533, accounting for 16.89% of the total number of multiple infringement group of adolescent smoking, alcohol consumption and Internet addiction, conduct problems, hyperactivity / attention disorder, peer interaction and The total score of difficulty was significantly higher than that of non-infringement group (P <0.01). The score of each factor of SDQ was positively correlated with JVQ score (r = 0.09-0.31, P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Adolescents’ behavioral problems and multiple infringements are not optimistic. There is a statistical correlation between behavioral problems and multiple infringements. Children suffering multiple infringements should be alert to behavioral problems.
