诚信是企业文化建设过程中不可或缺的要素。理性的消费者在选择企业商品的时候是以诚信为依据的;不仅如此,诚信也是投资人、合作伙伴选择战略同盟的依据。因此,构建企业诚信文化是企业提升竞争优势,实现可持续发展的需要。本文旨在从企业对外关系的角度论述企业的诚信文化建设的方法。
Integrity is an indispensable element in the process of building corporate culture. Rational consumers are based on honesty when choosing corporate goods; not only that, honesty is also the basis for investors and partners to choose strategic alliances. Therefore, building corporate integrity culture is the need for companies to enhance their competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the methods of corporate integrity culture construction from the perspective of corporate external relations.
