无锡恒隆广场塔楼属于特别不规则的复杂的型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构,结构存在开洞面积超过50%的平面不规则,首5层层高较大带来的竖向刚度和承载力不规则,结构还属于带加强层的复杂结构。针对不规则结构采用了相应的设计对策,并对该塔楼结构进行罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明层间位移角符合规范限值,构件状况符合预设性能的要求,结构表现出受限制的弹塑性状态,并满足预设的抗震性能要求。
Wuxi Henglong Square Tower belongs to the special and irregular complex steel reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. The structure has an irregular plane with an opening area exceeding 50%. The vertical rigidity and bearing capacity caused by the large first 5-story strata are irregular , The structure also belongs to a complex structure with a reinforcement layer. According to the irregular structure, the corresponding design strategy is adopted and the dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the tower structure under rare earthquakes is carried out.
