由中国社会科学院科研局和俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所联合举办的“新时期中俄关系”研讨会于 2 0 0 4年 1 1月 4～ 5日在北京香山别墅举行。来自北京、上海和黑龙江省等地的专家学者 30余人参加了这次研讨会。中国社会科学院副院长陈佳贵、外交部部长助理李辉、总参二部副部长杨晖等在会上作了报告。与会的专家学者围绕中俄双边关系的现状、中俄经贸关系以及军技合作等问题展开了广泛的讨论。现选发一部分专家学者的发言 ,以飨读者。
The Symposium on “Sino-Russian Relations in the New Era” co-sponsored by the Scientific Research Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Russian Institute of Eastern and Central Asia was held in Xiangshan Villa, Beijing from January 4 to January 4, 2004. More than 30 experts and scholars from Beijing, Shanghai and Heilongjiang Province attended the seminar. Chen Jiagui, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Li Hui, assistant to the minister of foreign affairs, and Yang Hui, deputy minister of the two departments of the general staff attended the meeting. The experts and scholars attending the symposium held extensive discussions on the status quo of China-Russia bilateral relations, the economic and trade relations between China and Russia and the military cooperation in science and technology.
