人力资源管理对于高职院校的发展壮大具有举足轻重的作用,本文认真分析了目前在高职院校人力资源管理中存在的诸多问题。比如:管理理念滞后、师资结构不合理等。在此基础上提出了自己的解决意见,如树立现代人力资源管理理念;多渠道引进教师,加强“双师型”教师的建设等,以期对高职院校人力资源管理具有借鉴作用。
Human resource management plays a decisive role in the development and growth of higher vocational colleges. This article carefully analyzes many problems that exist in human resource management in higher vocational colleges at present. For example: lagging management philosophy, teacher structure is not reasonable. On this basis, I put forward my own opinions for settlement, such as establishing the concept of modern human resource management; introducing teachers from multiple channels and strengthening the construction of “double teacher” teachers so as to provide reference for human resource management in higher vocational colleges.
