作者将健康2月龄婴儿538人,随机分为两组,两组婴儿均于2、4、18月龄接种DTP。6月龄时,A组接种DTP,B组接种安慰剂(生理盐水)。全程共用DTP 1553剂,安慰剂218剂。副反应分为局部反应(包括红、肿、疼)、发热和活动异常3种。活动异常包括嗜睡、烦燥不安、食量减少、呕吐、疼痛、长时间啼哭(一般30分钟以上)、惊厥、虚弱及高声啼哭等。A组副反应出现率为96%,B组为36%,B组6～18月龄婴儿的百日咳抗体水平比A组
The author of 538 healthy 2-month-old infants were randomly divided into two groups, two groups of infants were vaccinated at 2, 4, 18 months of age DTP. At 6 months of age, group A received DTP and group B received placebo (saline). DTP 1553 doses and 218 placebo doses were shared throughout the program. Side effects are divided into local reactions (including red, swollen, painful), fever and abnormal activity 3 kinds. Activities abnormalities include drowsiness, irritability, reduced appetite, vomiting, pain, prolonged crying (usually more than 30 minutes), convulsions, weakness and loud crying. The incidence of side effects in group A was 96% compared with 36% in group B, and the levels of pertussis antibodies in infants aged 6 to 18 months in group B were significantly higher than those in group A
