我国是个农业大国,仍有将近7亿的农民。十八大以来中央提出了全面建成小康社会并实现构建社会主义和谐社会的战略目标,其中农村的现代化建设是关键一步,而农村文化建设又是一个非常重要方面。而要推进农村文化的发展必须提出适应时代要求的文化发展新形式。在这种背景下,网络媒体传播技术和农村文化建设就历史性的产生了密不可分的关系,具体表现在:首先,网络媒体传播发展是推进农村文化建设的必然趋势和新兴形式;其次,推进农村文化建设是广大农村改变发展思维,接受、认同和使用网络媒体并积极适应网络时代要求的文化环境和基础;最后,二者统一于中国“三农”现代化的进程中。
Our country is a big agricultural country with nearly 700 million peasants. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Central Committee has put forward the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and of building a harmonious socialist society. The modernization of the countryside is a crucial step and the construction of rural culture is a very important aspect. To promote the development of rural culture, we must put forward a new form of cultural development that meets the requirements of the times. In this context, the network media dissemination technology and the rural cultural construction have historically had an inseparable relationship. The concrete manifestations are as follows: First, the development of online media is an inevitable trend and a new emerging form of promoting the rural cultural construction; second, The construction of rural culture is the cultural environment and basis for the majority of rural areas to change their thinking on development, acceptance, approval and use of online media and to adapt actively to the requirements of the Internet age. Finally, the two are united in the process of modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China.
